Setlist

Shellshock, Bizarre Love Triangle, Ceremony, Your Silent Face, Sooner Than You Think, Let's Go, State Of The Nation, Temptation, Face Up, Blue Monday
(encore) This Time Of Night, Love Will Tear Us Apart

Only have the first eight tracks at present.  (I would soon have no less than three complete versions.)  My source (taxonomed as AUD #2) is quite hissy, but it's still listenable.  I have another version still on tape that's complete, but its a more distant recording.

Punter at the start quite loudly cries out for 'Everything's Gone Green', but we get Shellshock instead.

At about 0:53, Bernard cries for "bass sequencer", since it's inaudible in the mix.

At the end, there's a bit of whooping (by the crowd this time).

BS: "This is another first song, it's called Bizarre Love Triangle.

PH: "Yo."

This is still the "think too much and you might be dead" version.

Bernard's mic cuts out, leaving Hooky's backing vocals audible.

BS: "Thank you very much."

More loud cries for "Ceremony" (and one for Temptation).

Then follows what sounds like the cymbal intro from Western Works demo version, followed by Bernard's quite choppy (and unique) guitar parts before Hooky begins the intro to the next number, which is indeed Ceremony.

PH: "See, we ask(?) your opinion of that." (not sure about the first part)

After the song finishes, somebody near the taper says someting like "it's murder, it's all right", and there's a couple more utterings before the start of Your Silent Face.

(at the end)

BS: "More light on this (my?) side of the stage please, Andy."

A punter yells out "Sunrise" twice, but instead the band start in on Sooner Than You Think.

More whooping.

BS: "The next one's an instrumental, I had a request for it before in the pub." Which means, Let's Go.

Someone says 'Let's Go' at the end, The same punter as before cries out for 'Sunrise' once more.

Hooky says something I can't make out, maybe something about the Conservative party? More 'Sunrise' and a clever one, 'Where's yer beard?'.

State Of The Nation follows.

Ends with feedback. punter: "Decades! So, it's a good track. It might be the encore if we're lucky. Decades!"

Temptation

This fades out before the very end on the incomplete version.

Face Up follows.

Blue Monday

Sound of a guitar lead getting unplugged between the last song and this.

BS: "This song is called Brue Monday"

Right before the break, Bernard makes the startling pronouncement that "Howard Jones is a cunt".

BS: "Thank you, good night"

BS: "We played at a lot of clubs..."

Bernard and Hooky than have an exchange which I can't quite make out.

This Time Of Night follows.

And then a cover of Joy Division's Love Will Tear Us Apart to finish things off.
